and Installation team. All of our service staff have been trained by
Nautilus to a high standard and provide a first class customer service.
Service
and Repair
If a customer requires an item to be
repaired we can arrange for a member from our service team to visit your
customer at their Home / Commercial premises. The majority of repairs can be
completed on-site. The procedure used for servicing / repairing any piece of
equipment will be as follows:

Explain
what type of fault has occurred and when it was first noticed.

Provide
a copy of the sales receipt, customer’s address and customers contact
details. This can be emailed to: service@scorpiondistribution.co.uk

After
we receive the relevant information we will contact your customer and arrange a
suitable date for on-site repair.
Installation
Scorpion Distribution Ltd also provides an Installation service.
